Harrison is able to work with you on site specific and local due diligence for any project. We can perform a basic site investigation to aide in the production of the drawings and submittal to governing jurisdictions. During this phase of any project, we will research permit fees as well as establish procedures and timeline for all necessary permits including but not limited to MEP, Building and Fire, and Health. Harrison can also research signage codes, ordinances, other code requirements including special ordinances, and review landlord requirements, if applicable.
