Contract Administration

Harrison will administer and oversee your contract for construction through the process of RFI responses to the contractor, value engineering, change order reviews and approvals, pay application reviews and approvals, site observations, shop drawing reviews and approvals, weekly project meetings and assist with the preparation of the snagging/punch list.
