The Design Development stage is where projects really come to life. In this process, we move from theoretical and generalizations into actual and specifics. During this time the details of the project are finessed and finalized with every aspect of the project accounted for, including all finishes and materials, furniture and lighting, millwork details, ceiling design and lighting layout, 3D renderings, along with all other aspects of the built environment.
With this stage thoroughly completed, we begin Construction Documentation for permitting, bidding, and construction.
