We were asked by Hilton Worldwide to carry out a strategic review of their current ‘grab and go’ offer for the Garden Court Inn, understanding what their guests’ needs were and develop a new and innovative solution. Working with our Food and Beverage consultants who helped define the F&B offer, supply chain, pricing and operational management, we created an open, friendly and inviting modern design that used lighting to showcase the various offers, clear merchandising to encourage up-sell and impulse purchases, a characterful brand tone of voice and a clear customer journey.
The trial concept has exceeded our clients’ customer expectations, sales have grown substantially and the offer and range has received very positive guest feedback, providing the client with a concept that is being rolled out across Europe
