Slim Chickens roots are from southern states of America. It opened 15 years ago in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with a craving for a quick, quality meal – fresh chicken, cooked to order. We were asked by the Boparan Group to translate this success fast casual concept for the UK market. Our design solution reflects the southern state heritage, our clean design and quirky personality embraces new technology to deliver a quality guest experience.
