Mellow Mushroom, Beaumont

Harrison designs and develops Beaumont’s Mellow Mushroom Restaurant.

Harrison’s objective was to convert this former Applebee’s Restaurant in the sleepy town of Beaumont, Texas, into a vibrant Mellow Mushroom Restaurant. Harrison’s creative team were tasked with developing a design that would be “talk of the town”.

We created a spectacular eye-catching exterior design with a dramatic entrance canopy design topped with an illuminated custom sputnik, that beams light over the adjacent highway. Guests are drawn into the space through the color changing entrance portal and greeted by the friendly Mellow Mushroom team where they can choose to be seated at the retro style bar or a restaurant adorned with playful artwork and custom murals inspired by vintage Vegas.
