Inspired by Chef Joey’s father, Tomasso, The Sicilian Butcher honors the craft of butchery with thoughtful design elements, including a butcher block-inspired host stand, meat hook accents at the bar, and classic black and white checkered flooring. The space reflects a respect for the tools of the trade, inviting guests into an ambiance that celebrates skill and tradition.

Meanwhile, The Sicilian Baker, inspired by Cristina’s father, captures the charm of a classic bakery. Guests are greeted by a stunning rolling pin ceiling fixture, an enticing display of Italian treats, and an atmosphere as friendly as it is captivating.

Throughout both spaces, a cohesive design is tied together with black and white family photos, nods to Sicilian roots, and a bold color palette of red, black, and white. Each area, from the theater kitchen showcasing the pasta-making station to the bar adorned with vintage butcher tools, invites guests to connect over food and celebrate the art of Italian cuisine. This project pays tribute to Sicilian food, family values, and the warmth of community—inviting guests to linger and leave as family.
