Fogo de Chão opened in the heart of Reston Town Center in Virginia. Surrounded by retail and thriving businesses, this project brings together the legacy of the Gaucho and the art of the knife. Harrison created an approachable environment with authentic materials, honoring the heritage of South America.
The exterior’s focal point was derived from the textures and patterns of the Gaucho’s knife. The interior reflects a warm and timeless design. The restaurant features an open-air churrasco grill, dry-aged meat cabinets, wine displays, outdoor dining and bar patio, and the Next Level Lounge. The Next Level Lounge is an exclusive lounge located on the mezzanine level that allows guests to socialize and discover premium whiskeys, bourbons, and South American wines.
