Wyndham Hotels, Ramada Encore Concept Prototype
Harrison were asked by Wyndham Hotels and Resorts to reinvigorate the Ramada Encore brand to ensure it remained relevant in the mid- range market place it currently operates in, and continued to attract its current core guest and new guests.
The objective was to create a ground floor hub that delivered an informal, inclusive space where the various activities become less defined by spatial boundaries and barriers. Harrison felt that the mid-market hotel space, where functionality has often been the guiding principle for this segment was open for transformational thinking.
Not so much a hotel with a lobby space but a hospitality hub with a hotel attached.
