Designing for Transformation
From the start, the founders’ youthful optimism and creativity gave us our creative spark. Their mission: to make sushi rolls fun, fresh, fast, and fully personalised.
Our role was to translate that ethos into the physical space—leading the interior design with brand-led storytelling; energy, honesty and innovation taking centre stage.
A Story of Freshness and Flow
The architectural design of the space encourages movement and visual engagement. At the rear, the open prep counter becomes a dynamic stage—a theatrical expression of freshness where ingredients are proudly displayed and sushi is made before your eyes.
Natural timber tones, vibrant greenery, and soft curves evoke a calmness, balancing the buzz of urban life. The penny-tiled front counter, seen from afar, playfully mimics grains of rice—a subtle yet clever nod to SushiDog’s culinary roots.
Designing for a New Generation
The brand’s journey—raw, real, and inspiring—unfolds on a feature gallery wall, connecting emotionally with guests and rooting the space in its founders’ story.
In an age where Gen Z seeks authenticity, local personalised identity, and visual storytelling, SushiDog delivers a space as shareable as it is satisfying.
