Where brand identity meets material storytelling. From gold foil to soft-touch packaging, Sonhadores embodies luxury product design rooted in hospitality branding and premium guest experiences.

This wine is more than a label; it’s a tribute to Neri Giachini and Jean Boschetti, two first-generation gauchos who helped bring Fogo de Chão to the United States. Their passion for sharing the authentic churrasco experience transformed a single restaurant into a nationally recognized brand. Like the Cabernet Sauvignon grape, their dream was resilient, adapting and thriving across new landscapes.

The Sonhadores wine label reflects that journey. A silhouette of native Brazilian trees roots the brand design in tradition, while gold foil accents evoke the warmth of the fires that fuel churrasco. The label’s soft-touch paper with a shimmering finish captures the endless potential of the night sky, a nod to the dreamers who look beyond the horizon. Subtle UV gloss detailing adds depth, revealing layers of history and ambition with every shift of light.

Now, guests can share in that story firsthand. Sonhadores is available for purchase by the bottle exclusively at Fogo de Chão restaurants, inviting diners to raise a glass to tradition, craftsmanship, and the spirit of possibility that defines both the wine and the guest experience.

Designing Sonhadores was a rare and meaningful opportunity for our team. Honoring Jean and Neri through this label allowed us to dig deep into the roots of Fogo’s legacy and translate that into something tactile and lasting. There was such a wealth of storytelling to work with, from cultural symbolism to personal history, and it was a joy to craft a piece that reflects their journey, their impact, and the spirit of what Fogo de Chão stands for.
