A brand truly born out of tradition and grounded by authenticity tasked Harrison with develop a design for the Brazilian market that is contemporary, warm, inviting and timeless. Understanding the origins and culture of the brand helped inform our design decisions in developing the aesthetic, selecting materials, the curation of artwork which proudly showcases the culture of the brand and heritage of the founders’ families.
The exterior restaurant design was developed to signal change, announcing the rejuvenation of the restaurant with clean contemporary design that seamlessly integrates modern and natural materials such as local stone, copper and wood. In supporting the strategic development of the brand, we focused on developing an approachable bar experience that provided strategic zonal and transitional seating, mixed seating types and soft finishes, complementing natural stone and marble materials in providing an approachable, warm and inviting churrasco bar experience to be enjoyed by all.
