With over three decades of experience across operational leadership, strategic marketing, and brand innovation, Richard brings clarity, curiosity, and commercial focus to Harrison’s global story. Since joining in 2017, he has helped redefine how Harrison connects imagination with impact—leading the brand’s evolution and positioning the consultancy as a global thought leader in hospitality design.
Before Harrison, Richard held senior leadership roles with a number of design consultancies and global brands including Santander, Whitbread, and Allied Domecq. His work helped shape everything from the rise of coffee culture at Whitbread to experiential dining Hilton International Hotels—blending creative storytelling with commercial insight.
A natural storyteller with an Executive MBA from Henley Management College, Richard turns ideas into momentum. He has launched initiatives such as Hospitality Unleashed, The Atlantic Club, and Franchise Insights—connecting and inspiring leaders across the global hospitality community. Guided by curiosity, passion and driven by purpose, he helps brands, teams, and experiences connect with meaning, imagination, and measurable impact.
