With over two decades of wide sector experience in operational roles, strategic marketing and brand innovation, Richard brings passion, precision, and proven commercial impact to Harrison’s global operations. As Director of Marketing, he leads the charge in positioning Harrison as a thought leader in hospitality design, helping driving sector growth across Europe, the USA, and Australia.
Before joining Harrison in 2017, Richard led brand development at several high-profile agencies and FTSE 100 businesses, including Mystery, I-AM Associates, Santander, Whitbread and Allied Domecq. His work has shaped everything from a new coffee culture at Whitbread to experiential dining at Nando’s and Hilton International Hotels. A natural collaborator and consumer trend enthusiast, he fuses data-driven insight with emotionally intelligent strategy to create brands that resonate and spaces that connect.
Under his leadership, Harrison’s fee income has more increased significantly. Richard has also launched impactful marketing initiatives such as Hospitality Unleashed, The Atlantic Club, AI in digital marketing and Franchise Insights, connecting C-level decision-makers worldwide.
Equally at home in the boardroom or the brainstorming room, Richard is a storyteller at heart—with an Executive MBA from Henley and a flair for turning insight into action. Whether he’s reimagining a global brand or mentoring future leaders, Richard’s approach is always bold, thoughtful, and relentlessly forward-thinking.
