The Opportunity

As part of our continued U.S. growth, we’re seeking a talented Project Architect with strong restaurant and hospitality experience to join our Dallas studio. This is a hands-on role that blends creativity, technical excellence, and collaboration offering the opportunity to work with iconic global brands and contribute to the design and delivery of distinctive, high-performance hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to all phases of design, from concept through construction documentation and contract administration.
• Work with a diverse range of high-profile U.S. and international restaurant and hospitality brands.
• Research jurisdictional requirements, building codes, ADA, and life safety to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
• Produce high-quality construction documentation in REVIT with precision and creativity.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Respond to RFIs, review submittals and shop drawings, manage change orders, and conduct site visits as required.
• Support project scheduling, budgets, and resource planning to meet performance and design goals.
• Uphold Harrison’s commitment to design integrity, commercial awareness, and client satisfaction across every project.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional architecture experience with a focus on hospitality or restaurant design.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, in architecture.
• Proven REVIT proficiency & experience producing full construction documentation sets.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, detailing, ADA, and local codes.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines within a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in contract administration including RFIs, submittals, and field coordination.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX; some travel required.
