Fogo’s chefs are constantly evolving the menu, introducing new cuts, seasonal inspiration, and modern interpretations rooted in Brazilian heritage. Our challenge was to match that ambition in the built environment, ensuring that every new space feels both familiar and fresh.

We designed with fire at the center, both literally and symbolically. Whether anchoring the room with the churrasqueira or layering warmth through lighting, materials, and texture, every detail serves a larger purpose: to make guests feel welcomed, cared for, and connected.

Layouts are crafted for performance and pace. From bustling weekday lunches to celebratory dinners, zoned environments flex to suit every moment, all without sacrificing intimacy or atmosphere.

Visual storytelling brings the culinary craft to life. Guests are drawn in from the host stand by curated views. Sculptural wine displays, conque stations, dry-aged meat showcases, and the showstopping churrasqueira grill create momentum, curiosity, and soul.

The design language feels enduring and unmistakably Fogo. Rooted in ritual, yet ready for what is next.
