This wasn’t a simple rebrand. It was a full personality upgrade.
The shift from CHIK’N to Chicken Shop marked a confident new chapter rooted in a core idea we called playful independence. Bold. Self-aware. Full of flavour. Chicken Shop doesn’t whisper politely it clucks loudly. It knows who it is, doesn’t apologise for it, and has a sense of humour sharp enough to cut through the noise.
Channelling Attitude Through Interior and Emotional Design
Our role was to translate that attitude into every part of the experience not just visually, but emotionally too.
The interiors wear their confidence well. Raw, industrial materials: concrete, exposed ductwork, steel set the tone, while warm timbers and flashes of yellow bring energy and approachability. Graphics don’t sit quietly; they speak up. Packaging, wall art, and signage become part of the conversation. Even the smallest moments a wink of copy on a napkin, the sass of a sauce label, a projecting sign with a knowing grin are all carefully crafted to reinforce the brand’s voice: witty, fearless, and unmistakably itself.

Beyond aesthetics, the space is designed to feel instinctive and alive. The open kitchen adds theatre. Seating zones invite guests to linger. It’s fast, but never frantic. Branded, but never sterile. And if you’re paying attention, there’s always something waiting to make you smile.

Our mission is to get people thinking about fried chicken in a different way. It doesn't have to be a hangover cure; it doesn't have to be regretful if it's done properly. We want to continue to wow our existing customer base, and that's by not standing still on new product innovation, Harrison have contributed significantly to repositioning the brand and creating a unique and distinctive store environment that puts us well and truly on the map.
