Harrison brought the distinctive elegance and inviting character of Gordon Ramsay’s hospitality to Oklahoma City with Ramsay’s Kitchen, a 7,060-square-foot restaurant situated in the vibrant Chisholm Creek Development. Drawing on the success of the UK’s Bread Street Kitchen, this project seamlessly adapted the essence of Ramsay’s brand for American guests while maintaining British charm.

The design incorporates iconic elements like a Union Jack ceiling feature, classic English tweed upholstery, and a monarchical symbol of a roaring lion in the private dining room that symbolizes strength and heritage, creating an ambiance that is both sophisticated and relaxed.

The layout of Ramsay’s Kitchen was crafted to cater to diverse dining experiences, from intimate dinners to celebratory gatherings, with flexible zonal seating that prioritizes comfort and flow. The Ramsay Table, positioned to offer prime views of the open kitchen, reflects Gordon’s presence in spirit and adds an element of exclusivity.

This dynamic setting is further enhanced by a theatre kitchen, inviting guests into the culinary process with engaging visuals and the rich aromas of signature dishes. Thoughtful design features such as an elegant entrance leading to an open bar ensure seamless wayfinding and a welcoming atmosphere. The result is a premium yet approachable dining space that resonates with its surroundings and elevates the guest experience.

Working with an international brand where different cultural sensibilities are at play can be a real challenge. The whole Marugame team were incredibly impressed with the level of strategic depth that the Harrison team covered which meant not only did they truly understood how best to bring the brand to life in Europe but did so whilst staying true the company’s foundations and taking the founding stakeholders on the journey with them.''
