
With a foundation in interior design and a passion for storytelling, Rachael leads brand strategy at Harrison’s Dallas office by weaving together insight, creativity, and strategic intent. Her career began in luxury residential before shifting into hospitality design and eventually into brand leadership at Harrison.
Today, Rachael works with clients to uncover the heart of their brand, guiding identity development, guest journey planning, and strategic storytelling across every touchpoint in both digital and physical environments. She also spearheads internal initiatives that push the Harrison brand forward, from market research to marketing strategy, mentoring, and thought leadership.
