Nando’s, Blackpool

Blackpool, UK

Nando’s Blackpool features a unique swooping timber structure which has a painted timber lath canopy, planters and pendant lighting to create a central zone in the floor plan.

The fixed seating is wrapped with cork, which we are trying to use more as it’s a sustainable material. There are multiple methods of displaying art in this Nando’s including integrating art into the shelving (the huge mosaic!) and double sided pieces at the back of the fixed seating on metal frames to create a screen like feel.

Blackpool has also formed part of the roll out to the new ‘super-coordinator’ concept designed to create a stronger guest focus on the servery area through increased emphasis on retail product display, artwork and softening with planting.
