As Fogo de Chão’s strategic design partner, Harrison’s project scope for the new high-profile Coral Gables restaurant included concept development, architecture, interior design, branding, packaging, uniform design, and Architect of Record.
The new, two-story flagship restaurant features an expansive, 280-seat dining room and open-air churrasco bar, where guests can watch gaucho chefs butcher, prepare, and grill different cuts of meat over an open flame. This restaurant provides a multi-faceted dining experience for guests to enjoy, indulge, linger, and socialize. Harrison crafted a design that encourages these experiences throughout the space.
Bar Fogo provides a space for guests to relax in a more informal setting and enjoy premium cocktails or wines. The Next Level Lounge is an exclusive lounge located on the mezzanine level that allows guests to socialize and discover premium whiskeys, bourbons, and South American wines.
The Butchery, a grab-and-go market that celebrates the art of churrasco, is a true brand extension by activating off premise retail / and in home dining. The creation of the Butchery, included interior design, brand identity, packaging, as well as a modern take on the design of the traditional gaucho uniform.
In the development of the Coral Gables design, Harrison has reimagined how guests can discover the best of the brand beyond a traditional restaurant setting. A design that offers guests an elevated experience that leverages the brand’s core equities through storytelling moments.
