1751 Distillery Bar and Kitchen has a new F&B concept

1751 Distillery Bar and Kitchen is a new F&B concept which is located on the ground floor of the Hilton, London, Tower Bridge named after the gin act of the same year.  

Botanically themed our design inspiration has been the raw qualities of the gin distillery, overlaid with the soft and feminine botanical references to deliver a stripped-back, chic décor. 

It was an ex Jamie’s Italian, which we transformed over a 12week fast track design programme from concept creation to implementation. We created a new integrated bar, restaurant and lobby space to encourage passing trade and all-day dining.
