With over two decades of international experience across hospitality, retail, leisure, wellbeing and sport, Sarah Jenkinson leads the creative vision for Harrison USA and globally. Based in Dallas, she guides the design team in delivering immersive, strategically driven brand experiences that resonate with both guests and clients.

Her portfolio includes award-winning destinations across Europe, North America, Russia, Asia, and the Middle East. She has contributed to the transformation of premium football stadiums, Olympic venues in the United Kingdom, and flagship retail and hospitality environments. Her work has received industry recognition in every decade from the 1990s to today, reflecting a long-standing commitment to design excellence, innovation, and storytelling.

At Harrison, Sarah continues to shape the future of hospitality through projects such as Fogo de Chão, Ramsay’s Kitchen, Front Burner Society, Darden, and Raising Cane’s. Her approach combines narrative, strategy, and spatial intelligence to create guest journeys that are thoughtful, memorable, and commercially impactful.
