
With over 15 years of experience shaping hospitality environments across the globe, Paul brings a unique blend of architectural discipline and brand storytelling to every project. His portfolio spans continents and cultures — from nightclubs in Hong Kong, Coffee stores in Saudi Arabia and boutique hotels and restaurants across Europe and the U.S.
Beginning his career in architecture before shifting into brand-led interior design in Sydney, Paul found his passion in crafting food and beverage experiences that resonate. He returned to the UK in 2010 to lead creative teams at one of London’s foremost design agencies. Paul made the pivotal move to the U.S. to help evolve Harrison into a brand-focused design company, a shift that has since become core to the firm’s identity.
Now based in Melbourne, Paul leads Harrison’s creative presence across the Asia Pacific region. As Partner and Design Director, he drives concept development, brand repositioning, and design strategy for some of the world’s most recognisable hospitality brands. His approach is rooted in collaboration and curiosity, blending cultural insight, strategic thinking, and a love for design that connects people to place.
